What's taken them so long????
ReplyDeleteI think we have an election coming up....
ReplyDeleteTo be fair Flintshire Highways have had a new boss in the last year or so. The first of the new traffic calming arrangements is going to be Higher Kinnerton. We are about Number 5 on the list. It's difficult for village councillors to get anywhere if there is not the vision at the top. You have to do protest stuff and get column inches in the local newspapers. This of course is not the TJ way !
