Dog Found

Yesterday we had little time left after the dog walk. On arrival back to the house I spied a dog walking down Penymynydd Rd in the middle on its own. Since we have dogs we cannot usually just leave a stray dog walking around the main road. So the two dogs were rushed into the house whilst we attempted to get the dog on a lead.

This was done easily but then the problems begin. We have two dogs that can be very anti social to other dogs ( and unauthorised humans). The house has three zones with rules with regards exits.
We eventually set dog up in cage in Zone 3. Our dogs are not happy but its tough.

Lisa phones the dog warden and Capricorn Animal Rescue. Dog warden comes around to scan dog for a chip. It doesn't have one.

If we hand it over its at least £50 to get dog back and it goes up by the day. After a week its put up for adoption. The dog warden says it would go easily.

So we hold onto dog as we can see its well looked after.

Lisa put a note in the Penyffordd Post Office window.

We had a phone call after tea. His name is Dillon and he lives on the caravan park. It would appear Dillon is a serial offender. Anyway one grateful owner and life returns to normal here.
