Well I think I am the first. It was about a CCTV camera placed in the village. I placed the FOIE last Tuesday. It took 6 days to answer. Nigel pushed the answer through my door this morning.
In light of ongoing planned improvements the above FOIE now answered with satisfaction if not puzzlement.
They knew nothing............
