Highways authorities are spending less on roads, the police have reduced their traffic patrols by 15% to 20%, and rely mainly on Safety Partnership Cameras to police the roads.

In fact, if you believe the statistics from Safety Partnership's, they save so many lives, they're bringing them back from the dead ! If you compare actual UK road death figures over several years, there's hardly any difference, it's mainly spin !"
